Analytics firm Newzoo shared detailed data on GTA 6's financial performance for the last week of June. According to their analysis, the global total of digital pre-orders quickly reached approximately $260 million. This financial result is generated from several key global markets.

Specifically, the United States and the five largest European markets brought the game about $180 million. By extrapolating data on the distribution of the GTA 5 player base, analysts calculated that the rest of the world's regions provided an additional $80 million.
